Dr. Shane Khan is an internationally trained consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist with subspecialty expertise in fetal medicine. His clinical practice is dedicated to the care of women and families facing complex, high-risk, or medically challenging pregnancies.
Following completion of his postgraduate training in the United Kingdom, where he obtained Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), Dr. Khan pursued advanced subspecialty fellowship training in Fetal Medicine through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. This dual-continent training pathway has provided him with a broad international perspective on maternal-fetal care, drawing on best practices from multiple healthcare systems.
Dr. Khan brings a culturally inclusive and patient-centred approach to his practice, recognising that every pregnancy is unique and that families deserve care that honours their individual circumstances, values, and concerns. He is committed to providing unhurried consultations where expectant parents feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about their care.
His clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of fetal anomalies, multiple pregnancy care, intrauterine growth restriction, preterm birth prevention, and advanced prenatal screening and diagnostic procedures.
